Much experience and high level of competence within the field of sandwich constructions
BoxModul has already from the beginning in 1987 been working with customer oriented solutions within the telecom industry, e.g. to Ericsson and within the goods and distribution industry, e.g. to ICA. Hence, we have build much in house competence and everybody is experienced and used to work and think in sandwich-based terms. Further more we have a strong and close relationship with Sicomp AB (http://www.sicomp.se/) a research company located in a close proximity to us. This helps us further more to continuously develop and maintain a high quality in our products. Many of our customers especially appreciate our ability to be very flexible and we always try work very customer oriented, our job is to find the most optimal solution for you!
Quality ensuring production
In our large production facility a clean and safe working environment is a must. This ensures us to keep
foreign substances from affecting the materials and keep our personnel healthy. Thus, we can maintain
a high quality in all phases through the entire production process. We use a robotised process when gluing
the different elements together, this enables us to monitor the process and to make sure the two-component glue is being distributed correctly.
